Career Courage, Innovation and Removing Barriers to Equality



Caroline Tutakiewicz is the Director, Product Strategy and Innovation with RBC Ventures where she helps early stage ventures build and scale. Before that, she worked in the bank's Terrorist Financing and Organized Crime departments. Caroline has been named one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women's Executive Network and was recognized as a LGBT+ Future Leader Role Model by InvolvePeople.org.


She is a strong advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and have given back to many causes including serving as Vice President of the Toronto chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Caroline is currently on the Board of Directors of Sherbourne Health and Start Proud.
