Sola Sigurdardottir is a CrossFit athlete from Iceland who is currently based in the UK for her studies. She has twice been a CrossFit Games team athlete and competed in the European Regionals. Back in October she took the Madrid Championships for her first high profile championship win as an individual. Sola is in university to become a chiropractor and is a Nike Training athlete.
